A Crossroad in my Life (Layoffs vs New Job)

The month of March was definitely a tough one. The layoff really got to me and I feel blessed that I have another opportunity with a new job. However, it is difficult because it is different from what I am used to and I wonder if I should take a chance on myself. Ultimately, the decision is up to me and for now I will continue to push towards my future.

Bryan I really appreciate your program management videos and content as it's helped me get tips improving how I tackle challenges I face with my role. I think the decision you made is probably for the best as you also try to work on your items on the side. Something I see too often is content creators "hoping" things kick off but just like with business, having some capital is always going to help triumph those obstacles as time will always tell. I look forward to this journey with you as I was always curious of role transitions and think it's good content as we see more and more layoffs! I have worked with some wonderful CSAMS and I think you will do great just from what I have seen with your TPM skills.
