When her husband died, Joan Njeri began to do odd jobs in Narok but those weren't enough to feed her two kids.
That's how she ended up working as a commercial sex worker. She did not know that in this process a client would assault her and completely destroy her womanhood. Joan says as a result she has to be on diapers or old tshirts because she cannot hold her urine. She's pleading for help to get treated so that she can get a decent job and feed her kids.
