Using KZbin alone (whilst it is helpful) once you move past the basics content gets a lot more scarce it's out there but finding the resources is a process. Personally tho I suggest finding a community e.g. A discord with real talent and engaging in group learning. Not hack town lol

Ask enough uncomfortable questions to the Pentester and sometimes even red teaming communities about how cyber criminals actually get things done, deploy infrastructure, find resources (darkweb or otherwise), etc. and you start getting dismissive answers. As a red teamer, your company already has established legal infrastructure for you that they are not worried about getting blacklisted- for threat actors on the other hand, it takes much more effort, connections, timing considerations, etc. to actually launch a successful attack.
