My town bottle-o sold the kids non-alcoholic goon and beer that they swapped the labels on for about a year until the police said as much as they like the idea, they still aren't allowed to sell to kids on the premises, or lie about what they are selling to a customer. Not to mention the kids still got pretty fucked up because they all tried to act drunker than each other and convinced themselves it was real
