Jung would have been easy for freud to manipulate in the beginning as he is emotional and unsure of his potential and that he looked up to Freud

That was because Jung was looking for some technique to analize his patients' dreams. Back in the day Freud published a book called The Interpretation of the Dreams in which he established that the most accurate method to analize dreams was by Free Association.

As a matter of fact Freud was quite new to his Dream analysis as well. He thought dreams had such a sexual content due to people's repressing. After talking to Jung about it; he then published his book called "The Interpretation of the Dreams". Nevertheless, Freud needed to be absolutely sure to write it down; that's why he spoke to Jung about his dream theory. Jung was a fellow doctor as well as his most promising disciple.

@@dantefernandodantezambrano7910That's not quite right, Jung only met Freud several years after The Interpretation of Dreams was published. Reading the book was what made Jung want to meet him in the first place.

@@TheDrunkSpartan1337 Of course, in that book Freud described his new technique to go deep into his patients' dreams. After Jung read it; he began getting in touch with Freud by writing letters. Then, they both met in 1904 to discuss about their techniques and procedures.

Sometimes I imagine having Nietzsche and Jung as mentors. How would it be to hear their ideas about Morality and the Psyche?

Bruh, Fassbender was himself a German but why is he doing the British accent to play the German philosopher? lmao

Jung was a Swiss psychiatrist but I agree that he should of watched videos of Jung and mimicked his accent, which isn't difficult to copy.

It kinda doesn't make sense for them to have accents if both speaking in German - or less sense - and British is the default historical drama accent. Not always, sometimes they are just using their own accent, which I think is better if they are not a Harvey Keitel or whatever.

The log that was being dragged along was Freud. He was holding Jung back.
