In regards to cycle rear fenders, it's a choice of having stuff flicking up your back or not I will choose NOT every time. I rode one of my chopper bicycles that I built from bicycle parts and new tubing without a rear fender in the rain once and had water dripping down into my butt crack. After that I said never again.
