So many perfect parts slotting together in this scene. Harpo, Groucho and Zeppo approaching comedy with such varied styles that all work so well together. Flipping genius.

How about when Groucho couldn't focus his eyesight with the contracts? "My eyes are perfect. It's just that my arms aren't long enough. Have you got a baboon in your pocket?" Some of the funniest lines just don't make sense. Love it!

Had a man ring me regularly trying to get me to buy some 'money making' software. Kept putting him off until I listen to what he had to say. It was software that predicted winners based on jockey/horse/barrier/course/length/etc.. It would automatically come up with a best bet. I rejected it. Woke up in the middle of the night laughing as I realised the software was the same as all those books. Times change scams don't.

I sometimes say Tootsie Frootsie Icecream at work, and when people ask what I'm talking about. I just look at them with pity, because they obviously don't know the magic of The Marx Brothers.

As a young kid I loved the Marx Brothers, I never cared for the three stooges or Laurel and Hardy much. I will always have fond memories of watching the Marx Brothers movies.

You do need to see the scene in its entirety, but that being said this deserves to be way better known than it is...I still use the phrase “getting Tuttsie-Fruitsied whenever someone is trying to hustle or upsell me

HOW TF can there be 27 dis-like's?? This entire movie is so hilarious it's a health hazard :) LOVE that exchange 1:36 then at 1:48 Groucho's just beginning to smell something fishy :) "You've got it, huh?" and the nod Chico gives him. How those guys could get through some of these parts without cracking up is beyond me.

The Marx brothers and their writers were so perfectly dialed into the foibles of human nature, not to mention that they had such a keen sense of the absurd. That's why their comedy holds up so well today. They and other comedians of that era proved that you don't need to drop F bombs to be funny.
