What a WONDERFUL way to start my New Year.... with the herd!! Jacqueline you are beautiful also!! I like how Senna waited to escort the carriage out & torment the team!! Z🤣😂🤣 Thank you for having this. My 3rd year without my husband & my son's wife didn't want me to come be with them... so I went to my cousin's house & had a nice evening. Now I'm home propping up my right knee as I strained the ACL & the orthopedic surgeon said the rheumatoid arthritis is very bad in the same knee. I got a shot & knee brace so I'm home with my cats not using it. I'm so thankful to have you Yvonne & Rinske to rely on to brighten my day & chase the blues away!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Jan. 12, 2022, Tuesday: Two new takeaways re-watching this vid ~~ the magic yellow scoop materialized in & out in the blink of an eye and Rein was braiding Richtsje's first braid, for the carriage trot with Frieda. Always walk a horse after riding to cool them down. It was one of the first things we learned years ago (70's) when I first started schooling English saddle. Horses are really no different than us. We sweat & need to cool down, so do they. I loved every bit of caring for the horses as well as riding. And helping to clean stalls, equipment, etc. Brings back memories. Love watching Yvonne and her interactions with her Fresians. Great owner & trainer! So grateful she shares them.

The friesian horses know the routine and they are free to go to the barn on their own.Their gaits are smooth and fluid with no lameness etc.You,the staff and the owner are so awesome with the horses with many years of experience with riding,driving and training some of the horses to drive them in harness and cart.

@@marypopehn7834 it was Canadian forces that helped liberate The Netherlands from the germans.....even though The Netherlands declared their neutrality at the start of ww2 the germans invaded the Netherlands anyway to gain closer access to the British channel and England

Linda I watched a celebration which I thought also just occurred recently I was touched. School children came out to the cemetery and lit a candle in a jar in front of each headstone. The image was so beautiful at night: so that no young soldier would be cold and in the dark. I cried it was so beautiful and touching. My father served as a fighter pilot against the Nazis in WW2. He passed on 16 years ago. Maybe that’s why I love Frisian horses and your stable so much❤️❤️
