It's not easy to get vegetarian foods while travelling to other countries. Muslim countries normally have meat in their meals. Since you're a vegetarian, it's good to choose bread/pancakes without any fillings to avoid meat which are normally used. You should carry with you some wholemeal bread or dark chocolate (not sweet) as backup meals in case you can't find any vegetarian restaurants. It's difficult to travel with empty stomach, especially if you need to do a lot of walking.

There is so much information you miss there because of a lack of language.I hope you are not hungry there. Kazakhstan is a meatty country, and for such trips it is better to prepare some veg snacks for yourself at the place you stay.
