Dymo 4XL is the best. Labels are cheaper than larger ones! Also get cheaper labels by buying Dymo compatible labels (not the Dymo brand)

I use the same printer and had issues with AU post/printing also. You need to set the print to 4" x 6" so your not wasting a lable inbetween. You probably have already worked this out as it was a year ago. They are not fun to set up. I spent about the same time frame. 😅
