@@LizNeptune A friend of me was in barbados and it was nice. Top beach and food. The gdp od barbados is same as eastern europe so its no a third world country and criminality is lower than in other islands. He enjoyed also the tropical nature. He has little mess with the police because he leased a bicycle for a day and was stopped by police for not having a helmet. Everyone wears one lver there because of 300$ fine. But the cops give him only a warning.

Hey there! You're so lucky to be going to bim! Funny enough, I have stayed at Dover Beach Hotel many many times. It's nice, I like it. It isn't in the gap though, its about a 15 minute walk though, so it's not far. They have a pool, restaurant and it's right on the beach! Maybe do some water activities at Captain Sam's beach shop right there... tell them I sent ya! ;)

I am seriously thinking about relocating to Barbados I will be 60 soon a young 60 and was told that the south side of the island is probably the best side as well as the Dutch side please let me know if this is true and is it true about it being safer and not experience any real hurricanes or weather disasters

Barbados doesnt have a “Dutch side.” You may be thinking of Saint Maarten. South side indeed is the best imo. If I lived there that’s where I would live!

You must've had a really awesome time! I would suggest googling that information.. I didn't pay rent when I was living there but our place was $900usd a month, 3 bedrooms, big kitchen, living room, dining area, studio/den, laundry room and large wrap around yard and driveway in Graeme hall. Coming from NYC where you're lucky to get a medium sized room with 3 other roomates for $900, it's a steal. Look into it!!

Nothing like island life! I'm still trying to find a sustainable way to make a living there. Doesn't seem like there's much in my industry, dental. I'm an dental assistant. Ugh! Frustrating. Glad you did it though!!!! Keep the vidz coming!!

Hy! I like so much your videos! My boyfriend and I want to go to barbados. My relatives live there as expats😊 I have also two questions: -I smoke much. A package daily. Does many people smoke cigarets there? -I live in halifax Canada and i like bicycling but the helmet law i must wear safety helmet. I would love to ride without helmet to feel the freedom on my bicycle. Does barbados require cyclists to wear helmets? Thanks😊
