A Day in my Cosy Life in Seoul 🇰🇷 Cooking at Home All Day || Homebody VLOG

Since my mum can’t come visit me in Korea right now she sent me a wonderful house warming present. With the lovely knives and forks she sent me I decided that I should make something delicious to use them with first. I thought that since they came all the way from Australia I should start off with making an Aussie brunch. I haven’t made a brunch like this for so long and I forget how much I love to make this type of food. I also found some Aussie lamb in the supermarket here (even though it was expensive) and decided to make a simple meal with that for dinner. And of course for the taste of summer, can’t go past mangos, right? 🥭 That smoothie was so good and simple that I think I’ll have to make it again soon!

HOT TIP for everyday avo on toast, don't bother slicing it in the skin just dig right into it with a knife and use it as a spread in the same way you would use butter! Ps. That is by far the boujeest rock salt I've ever seen 😂

Omg that salt. 😂 I can’t imagine having people (or myself) put their hands on my salt, and then put it back in the container. I have my Himalayan rock salt in a grinder like your pepper. All the food looked incredible! 🤩🤤

if you can find "roasted garlic powder" that makes avocado smash SO SO SO much better! I usually add a bit of something spicy (chili flakes/cayenne/aleppo pepps), but even without that it's so good!

Hi Sarah. Could you perhaps do a birthday celebration - one for Aussies and one for Koreans. Birthday cake vs seaweed soup. I have Maangchi's cookbook too and I loved what she wrote about seaweed soup and it made more sense about why this is a birthday tradition. It would be good to also see what decorations might be different for birthday celebrations. Loving the channel - and Tiny's channel, too. Perhaps it could be a collab - you give him an Aussie birthday and he gives you a Korean birthday.
