It's great to see you and know you are doing better. I've never been to Australia, but from what I've been told, it's an interesting country. Lots to see and do if you like a slower pace of life. Hyun the brain is a muscle that you can feel when it's flexed as you're thinking and conversely you can feel when you relax it completely while lying in bed. Relax it COMPLETELY, 100% so there is zero tension and don't think about anything for 5 minutes. Empty your mind. It takes practice but I've found that's the best way to fall asleep. Completely relaxing the brain, no thoughts for 5 minutes. Let go of everything to be at peace as Sara and all of us want you to be, and fall asleep. It's basically like meditating lying in bed Also, please do NOT take melatonin pills or any kind of artificial sleeping aid because you will eventually build a tolerance to it and it can make insomnia worse in the future. Melatonin can be naturally found in many foods including eggs, chicken and white rice - eat it naturally instead. Ive found that eating cheese at night helps me sleep. There are natural things to eat that will help you sleep. Third, please try to keep all electronic devices out of the bedroom - the radiation makes it harder to sleep. No TV, no computer, and no phone in the room unless just for an alarm clock. NO phone use in bed, ever. Keep the bed a sacred place for peace and rest
