I hope this doesnt come off as a "weird" question but here goes: I have been trying cardio mostly walking up in mountain high incline to try and improve my stamina in bed. I gotta ask, has yours improved by doing all this cardio? Because honestly I was smoking cigarettes and not working out for 3 months (bad relationship) and then I couldn't last 2 minutes in bed going... u know... "fast". Id go out of breath...
