Happy Birthday! To both of you! The "Yang most day of the Solar Year" (as opposed to the Lunar Year which was July 07) was August 10, right smack in the middle of Leo. I took myself to the local shrine (lol) down at the Durham County capital of Duke University and visited the Duke Gardens / Cathedral, it was kind of gothicy - zen. (And very hot. Durham is hot hot hot) So, y'all: I have a MIRACLE CURE for you: it went viral on Tiktok and everything! And with good reason, it is DA BOMB. I tried it and it was so good, I went out and spent more money than I would care to quote in public (lol) on the mother load of this stuff. Drum roll plz; BLACK SNAIL MUCIN FROM SOUTH KOREA. Absolutely unfucking believable. its like God's gift, yo. Basically: Koreans (many asians) are buddhists, as you know, so "no snails were harmed" in making these tinctures, its vegan, its a central pillar of a giant megaviral wave of "South Korean Cosmetic" treatments for "glass skin", etc etc. In all honesty, I found out about it earlier in the spring and I just thought "oh, that is weird". NOPE. Its amazeballs. Try some!! The brand that is supraviral is COSRX, but there are a half dozen brands. Its totally oderless, the main ingrediant is the snail mucin itself. Its a miraculous game changer. Some of the brands add it to collegen and peptides also, such as Farmstay or Holika Holika, or Glamfox. Those all produce very nice viscous creams that improve your skin, the infamous Black Snail Toner. The ones that mix with collegen have less of the snail extract. The highest concentrate of Snail Mucin is in CosRX (92%) and Tumiso Snail Mucin 95 + Peptide (95%). Seriously, it sounds gross, but it is absolutely God's own miracle. Considering how you beach crowd abuse the suntanning, maybe so some skin toners would be a rescue remedy at this point? :) Try Amazon? Have a fabulous YEAR OF THE DRAGON ~ XOXO

Fasting is not healthy. I work with sports nutritionists and not one tells me it is a healthy thing to do. It can cause long term problems and you will actually end up consuming more calories by skipping meals as you are so hungry by the time you eat you end up eating more than you normally would and it slows down your metabolism. You should eat well balance meals throughout the day like a traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner with all the major food groups within these with healthy snacks if still hungry. This has been around for years as this is the healthiest and best way of staying slim along with a sensible exercise routine or bring more active. Skipping meals is not recommended for diabetics either. Can cause big problems for them. I am given meal plans by nutritionists and not one tells me to fast or skip meal outside of the traditional three meal eating times. Fasting is just a fad that will fade away. It has no long term benefits and should not be promoted. Breakfast is so so important. But each to their own and you seem to like it. Just my opinion from what I know.
