@@dianalewis8548 Hahaha no, I just discovered her channel after we came back from Italy, I loved Positano/Amalfi soo much I looked for videos about it on YT when we came back. It would definitely be awesome to bump into her on that beach where Elizabeth's boat tour booth is situated., was actually looking at it at the time as it would be nice to go on a boat tour. Maybe she was there at the time who knows haha and I didnt know then. May 17, 2018.

@@leahayes4644 you could take it slowly...when we went, I had my 78 yr old mom fly to Italy where we met, I'm in canada she is in the philippines. When we went to Positano, she just stayed on one of those cement seats in front of the restaurant, while we took off for maybe half an hour to go up on one of the streets, taking turns that either me or my niece was with her while the other went off, because it was hard for her to climb up steps or walk up inclines. she still enjoyed it.

I can only dream at having a life like yours one day! You motivate and inspire me! I lived something similar when I was a child back in Romania and living with my grandparents, they had everything organic and even sell organic food, thinking about that now I feel so proud of them, until I was about 7 I only ate organic food, how many kids can say that nowadays? I wish I had a life like theirs, they build everything from the scratch and created a paradise! Thanks for helping me remember all this! 💖

I feel the same way. Grew up in southern Italy in a small town until the age of 12 with my grandparents. We grew all the vegetables, made the oil, wine, tomatoes jars,we had chickens. Nicki's videos bring me back to my childhood.

What a gem this one is. . You have a way of packing so much human warmth & visual beauty in every single thing you do. Then you weave it together with your video clips & editing skills.Thank you. I felt immersed within such beautiful moments - picking & preparing veggies, a quick recipe for black bean "Veggie Burgers," colorful salad, & eye popping pastries for dessert, all self grown or found locally. Such a perfect summer day, with small children having fun in the pool, with friendly, fun adults & with sunshine everywhere. It's rained here almost every day for weeks, & then we lost a couple sunny days to smoke coming from the fires in Washington state, & my state, MA, borders the east coast - 3,000 miles from those terrible fires. For some of us who have been so isolated, & living in dark, overcast, dimly lit days & nights, this truly was therapeutic - as are all of your episodes, for me. So nice to tag along & see so much beauty every place I look! This was such a particularly lovely, homey, feast of what life can be like - and of lives well lived, & I just want to acknowledge it. When it was over, I felt like it had been nearly an hour long, but it was only 13 minutes of video! That's magic.
