Yes bro! It’s a movie. And yes, workouts in videos are good. I have a question: how do you find eating out all the time? I noticed you had breakfast at the hotel and looked to get a takeaway after your workout… do you find eating healthy is hard as a pilot? Do you always have to eat out? I find when I eat out it can make me sluggish compared to when I make my own homemade meals. Keen to hear your thoughts bro, and a vid on your meal plans on your trips would be good!
