The reason pineapple & carrot juice cheer you up is because carrots are packed with vitamin A and pineapple with vitamin C. A reason you may feel down/gloomy sometimes is from those vitamin deficiency’s, hence after the pineapple(v A) and pineapple (v C), you feel happier. Essentially, your body is telling you exactly what you need and your body starts to crave it. You’re a smart girl and listen to those cravings :) keep drinking lots of water too, and I recommend also a good fish oil/omega 3 vitamin! Loved this video. Get home safe beautiful 💖✨

Another good video, Emily - keep'm coming! A little Off-Roading tip for you (air down your tires to around 8-12lbs "depending on your tire and wheel" - and you will find your car becomes a super car that can climb up and/or through mud/snow/sand you never thought possible. Note: You will need to get a good DC/Auto air compressor like the Viair 400p-rv. Yes, it would be overkill for a small car "like my Micro RV that's really a super small Nizzan Versa Note" although I purchased the Viair 400p-rv so I don't have to buy another compressor when and/or if I ever get a larger rig. Additionally, you may want to get a set of Track-Grabbers to get unstuck or so you can get through deeper mud, snow, sand... and a set of Traction-Boards/Tracks for getting unstuck or across wide ruts in the road.
