Try disabling notifications for social media. You can “allow” or “award” yourself 5 minutes on social media after you’ve been productive for a while. I’ll do this will a pomodoro timer in order to get stuff done but still keep up with my socials. Important people should be able to reach out to you via your number, not socials. Love the content!
