I have to confess I unsubscribed last year because there were sooooo many SEED ads in your videos. I didn't realised you were offline for that long until my algorythm showed the previous video today. Im glad to see you are back and doesn't feel like full adverts videos anymore. I subscribed again!

FYI. Make sure the person who is interpreting your labs is at least a functional medical practitioner, at the very least integrative. A lot of “health coaches” are drawing labs and “interpreting” them to just sell you herbs, vitamins, oils., ect. Sometimes, you do need prescription medications. Low white count can be a number of things.

What you said about friendships, growing out of them and growing out of places... It's been really tough lately, but I'm still navigating how to accept that we are constantly changing and learning, and we cannot force ourselves to fit (no matter how painful it is to say goodbye to people/places that were (or are) really important and special in our lives). I screamed when Sam Fender was playing because I thought it was my phone and then I realized YOU used the song!!!!! He's one of my fav artists and it felt special 💫🌻💗 Thank you for being there Sami

Your blood work results are crazy to me, i've suffered with hormonal acne for years, finally now i'm on accutane as a last resort and seeing improvement. BUT for years i've always been told by doctors my WBC count is low and i've always said yeah it just is and accepted that thats me and i can't fix it... not once has a doctor connected the dots between my immune system and my acne??? honestly if that is the answer I am SO FRUSTRATED by the lack of consideration by doctors. Please share your journey on how you aim to improve your immune system!! I eat such a healthy diet and exercise regularly but maybe there's other factors you can share that professionals recommend to you x
@samiclarke10 ай бұрын
ahh my girl! I completely understand your frustration. Just know you are doing what you are needing to do. I went on accutane as well. I will absolutely keep you posted on my journey. Something you can easily do to get your immune system supported is by having a clove of garlic everyday. I will share more, I just started some new herbs!

I'm bad at making friends because I'm too intrusive. I don't set boundaries when opening up about myself, and I disdain when other people do. I'm all about giving people their personal space, but I'm not the friend who will play standby until you need something from me, including advice..

Hi Sami! Fantastic vlog! The part about friends really resonated with me. I have made a few new friends and they are so wonderful. But at the same time there are some friends that I feel it is time to let them go. How do you let go of friends that no longer serve you and are not in your best interest? Hugs and love for you Sami! 💗🌟

agreed! and oftentimes doctors won’t flag it because someone might be in “normal range” but everyone’s normal range is different. speaking from experience, i had to gain more fat even when my doctor didn’t prescribe it. and that helped heal my period regularity and blood work abnormalities and skin etc
@Sarah-sr8zw10 ай бұрын
i also had the white blood cell count issue because my body wasn’t getting enough nutrition so eating more and working out less helped my levels and my immunity. now i rarely ever get sick

Sami please check for Lyme disease or blasticystis hominis. The latter is an amoeba that can be harmless but can cause GI trouble weight loss and potentially acne (I had overgrowth and felt better after a course of an antiparasite med. you can get a stool sample to check (real doctor!!)
@monix_v10 ай бұрын
Parasites eating your WBC? I would personally change doctors because parasites are not common in the United States. Herbs will definitely not get rid of them so if you truly do have parasites, you need prescription medication to kill them.
@monix_v10 ай бұрын
Also, if your WBC is low, that means you’re immunosuppressed. The presence of parasites would spike your WBCs not decrease them.
