can i suggest you something with my own same experience like exact 2 saal pehle hi me bhi aapki age ki thi got pimple like this like exact same took medicines but if you can trust me then should use neem powder homemade like take neem leaves kadva neem dry it in sun make powder then apply it with whatever suits you curd rose water can be anything which suits you trust the process within month youll see result its win win sitation like has no side effects hope you like it trust me i tried like everything but it helped me alot
