What a nice moment with your Dad! Relocating is difficult, I moved to another country where I only knew my husband so I get it. What helps is getting out and going to coffee shops (say hi to people who are regulars and look like they would be interesting to get to know), volunteering, meet-up groups, etc.

I've found my people. It's so nice seeing someone in my age group that is finding success in going through the creative route after being a corporate girly. I have yet to fully start my journey, but I am working towards a similar lifestyle. Watching this video motivates me to reach my milestone so that I too can break away from being a 9-5 tech girly. While I still have my 9-5 I also have my own small business that I’m trying to grow more online so I have taken a “hiatus” so to speak for my business to come back after 11 months and go strong but.. still keeping the 9-5 since I have kids. Is there a video where you go over your skin care routine? You're skin looks amazing, I'm 4 years younger and I look a bit older even getting some wrinkles. Besides that, I recently found your channel and I've been enjoying the comfy vibes your videos give off and your energy.

I use the rosehip oil by trilogy, skip toner and use aloe vera gel instead (probably a bad idea lol…), and moisturize with laneige. I don’t use a serum atm. It doesn’t matter how expensive the product is. What matters more is sticking to a routine and not skipping skincare in the AM/PM. Hope this helps:)

Are you sure about the 1500€ per month for Berlin? There are flats for about 500€-800€ per month but every single one of them has thousands of applicants and as a self-employed foreigner your chances of getting one of them are close to zero.

Why isn't it clearly defined how to jump onto the algorithm train? Why do you have to guess? Doesn't google want everyone to succeed? Isn't that what an employer does, because in the end, that benefits them too.

I don’t know if there’s one answer for “how to jump on the algorithm train”, and for me that’s the fun of it. I love figuring out the “product market fit” for each video, and for my overall brand. It’s so exhilarating to study other creators’ videos and figure out what worked for them, try different strategies, and find ones that work for my channel. I used to feel used and resent corporate (or Google if we are talking about KZbin) for reaping the fruits of my labor, but there is no “perfect job” - not even KZbin. All I want to do is live a happy, meaningful life and share it with people, and I’m very grateful to be able to do that...at least for now!

yes... freelancer/independent digital creator is boring and lonely sometimes. pro tip: you must consistent with your uploads within 3-6 months. - build community channel around the channel, could be FB group or ig, yt community , tiktok etc to further boost your yt channel
