Our bearded dragon LOVES watercress. Its very healthy for them and he chomps down. Watching hum eat is just my favorite thing ever.

I will give my baby kale once in a while because she likes it or when I’m not able to go to the grocery store (like this situation). I mostly feed her different colored bell peppers, zucchini, squash, or collard/mustard greens dusted. Yours looks similar to mine except my girl is a lil chonk. Still trying to teach her that veggies are not the devil in disguise

How old is Rango? He is pretty. I have a crazy female dragon that can't stay still either! I just got her about 6 weeks ago. She also wasn't handled much at all.I have a male that will be 2 in April. He came to me with eyesight issues (that I knew of), so he don't do much. He won't even poop in his enclosure. He is so spoiled and bougie! 🤣 I love him so much though.

Dome lights are not what you are suppose to use. Those take the heat and diffuses it away from the basking spot. You should be using the 8.5 light fixtures from Flukers. They should be 6 to 8 inches from their heat lamp

it looks like play sand. if it is thats fine. some sands are fine as they live on it in the wild and they dont get impacted.!!! but if its calcium sand thats a big NO

Dubia roaches, superworms, crickets. Crickets aren’t as high in protein though. Make sure since it’s a baby to feed lots of insects about 90 percent more insects than veggies!

This is super late, but Dubia roaches, or discoid roaches (discoids are popular in florida because dubias are illegal. It is what I use), or phoenix worms! (Black soldier fly larvae) Phoenix worms are so incredibly high in calcium, you do not have to feed calcium supplement. I Personally still do just in case.

I make up a dark leafy green salad base. I do that 2x a week. I store it in an air tight bowl in the fridge. I'll do a quick add daily of a little something extra 4 days a week. Mon, Wed, Fri, Saturday. Friday is fruit day every week. Others days I mix it up. They really need a varied diet.
