Happy Saturday! My last day in the life in L.A vlog was a hit so I'm excited to be back with another one for you! I don't think anyone missed the fact that it's been raining here in L.A for almost 2 weeks. It's been so cold and rainy it's insane! So this vlog has some cozy rain vibes and I'm taking you with me to a workout with Alyssa, when I'm organizing at home, going to the studio to film workouts and visiting Canyon Coffee in Echo Park that is now serving Nekohama! I got to see my family during my semester abroad this week 🥰 everything has been a bit overwhelming and then I very spontaneously hopped on the plane to my hometown. I feel like going abroad is one the one hand an amazing opportunity to get to know new people and implies of course personal growth but being able to adapt to a completely new environment and surroundings can lead to anxious feelings. Seeing my family and my "normal" environment brought me so much joy! For me there is no place like home
