Really random request, and I haven't had the chance to keep up with your lessons, but I don't suppose you could do Morels Danza Brazilianna? Those opening 5 bars have given me fits like no piece of music I can remember, I'm desperate. Clapped it out while counting, 60bpm practice., for some reason I simply am struggling with the rhythm and the counting while keeping the bass line clean as well. Not sure if I simply need to step away for month or what. Also wanted to send a huge thanks for the info on Roland's 20 Lettres. Took two months to get it from France but I'm loving it

Awesome. What grade would you scale this Brouwer piece? I'm currently working on finalizing villa lobos prelude 1. I thought this might be a good follow up.

ABRSM considers this piece Level 7. I would say the difficulty level is comparable to Villa-Lobos Prelude 1, perhaps a bit easier.

@@bluesyy I don’t know of a one-stop place to easily find this info for all pieces. Not all pieces are rated by ABRSM and RCM. In this case, I Googled “un dia de noviembre ABRSM” and found the sheet music in the ABRSM store. Then in the bottom of the store listing I found the grade level. ABRSM also publishes their syllabus on their website. So you could find that by Googling “ABRSM syllabus” and then search within it for a piece. RCM, as far as I know, only publishes their syllabus as a hard copy book. I have the book, but obviously that is not easily searchable like an online resource.

@@loveclaasiclguitar2402 Yes, ratings are subjective. Before I check a resource like ABRSM I like to think how I would rate the piece. I would rate this piece a Level 5. But I understand the major key section has some tricky aspects, so I guess that’s why they went with level 7.
