Fredericksburg, TX is always a must if you're in Central Texas! Next time you're there - Mamacita's Mexican Restaurant is great. Best tortillas anywhere! If you can do the inside of the Pacific War Museum - it's excellent. Also, right outside of Fredericksburg is Enchanted Rock State Natural area. You would love hiking up the pink granite dome but they don't allow dogs. Clear River is my favorite ice cream almost anywhere! I love their chocolate turtle ice cream: chocolate ice cream, caramel ribbon & pecans! #FredericksburgTX #TexasHillCountry
