During the 80's and 90's it was just me and my 2 boys and we camped at McKinney Falls many times. Good memories there.. A lot has changed since then.

You guys are like a book of knowledge. I've learned so much about Texas since I've been following your channel and that's been a few years. Thanks Tom and Staci and stay safe and healthy.... Larry

We booked a drive thru site in June, 2024. Prices are very reasonable. There are no site sewer hookups but there is a dump station...be prepared to wait if you are on a holiday weekend. Easy to navigate the park. Saw two of the biggest Walking Sticks I have ever seen....almost Prehistoric looking. Thank you guys for your information . Love your videos.

You’re right location location location it being in Austin is just a big plus. However this park is a great park on its own and a really nice treat to be there in the summer and enjoy the falls.

I loved the details I learned in this video. Very interesting. My favorite was the stone wall and of course old baldy. You two are so good at showing how easy and great it is to full time RV. We hope our travel videos will be like this someday. That's for sharing and teaching us.

I'll take camping in the winter in Texas anytime - it is a great time there. Come summer I quickly head north to get out of the god awful heat and humidity of Texas.

Great exploratory video. We tried to stay here last minute in Jan 2021 but it was full. Enjoyed seeing what we missed. We ended up staying at an RV park, a Boondockers Welcome site and 3 Harvest Host wineries west of town in the Hill Country. Next time…

My suggestion is what you do related to pet care while on the road. Medical records, do you have regularly scheduled returns to your preferred vet? Differences of your care, daily, weekly, monthly annual, between Star & Astro,, etc. My feelings are this deserves an episode and not just a segment of Wingin It.
