I know you probably wanted Summer to answer this but i recommend using a towel to wipe off sweat during your workout. Also, after the workout try to shower asap or clean your skin using makeup wipes. and during the workout make sure your wearing breathable clothing and drinking lots of water. I hope this helped. :)

It just left some hyperpigmentation and scarring but that’s going away since i’m using products to help fade them, i didn’t get any bad side effects expect for the ones that naturally occur in the process of rebuilding your skin (super dry lips, dry skin, skin purging) so yea, it’s not for everyone but I didn’t mind going on it!
