I know you probably wanted Summer to answer this but i recommend using a towel to wipe off sweat during your workout. Also, after the workout try to shower asap or clean your skin using makeup wipes. and during the workout make sure your wearing breathable clothing and drinking lots of water. I hope this helped. :)
