I just made low carb “rice” pudding with cauliflower rice. I stirred in some heavy cream, sweetener, cinnamon and vanilla. I puréed it with my plunge blender. I tasted like cream of wheat.

Thank you so much for sharing the French Toast porridge dish. I have been eating this for breakfast at least 3 to 4 times a week. I add a little unsweetened maple syrup. So yummy and satisfying. :)
