4 AM is not quite 'freakishly' early but can certainly feel that way. One of the most interesting videos you've done. The bargaining from bike and just seeing how much work goes into simple street food with the farmers having to gather their food to the market at the same time other food is being cooked and repeat trips to the markets for new ingredients. I hope Martini and her family can appreciate the people seeing some of Balinese life via these vlogs, say thanks to them for putting up with all cameras!

Looks like the life of a family in the food preparation business is the same all over the world. My Cambodian friends here in the U.S. have a donut shop and the impossibly long hours and endless toil of cooking are the same for them. But working side by side makes for a close knit family and 1st generation Asians are so stoic, they seem to be able to take life's challenges in their stride with a smile, no matter how difficult.
