You should analyse Allan McGregor, really experienced goalkeeper who's played at the highest level in Europe, he's pretty similar stature to you and he's a quality goalkeeper, plus he's still playing at a high level even at the age of 41

Brilliant workout, Conor! However, I must say that it's risky to lock your elbows out when doing dumbbell press. Please make sure that they are slightly bent when pressing up. The last thing you want is an elbow injury. Cheers!

I recommend that you analyse Kelle Roos at Aberdeen he is very very tall but his movements across goal and reflexes are similar to yours

I recommend that you analyse Maty Ryan currently at AZ Alkmaar, similar height to you and although he has not had the best couple of years, he is getting back to a good place.

Hi, any tutorials or tips on how to dive properly ? I play in an amateur league and my dives hurt because technique is bad, I slam my body forward like diving in a pool rather than using my legs first. Anything is appreciated !!!

Hey Conor, great video! What do you journal about? Are there any specific prompts you try to answer?

The one in the video is the 'Daily Stoic Journal' which gives some nice prompts/thoughts to consider, which I use in the morning - but then in the evening I generally just write about my day & what's happened!

One thing that I will do when it keeps opening, is you can buy this spray on skin that burns a lot but it will keep it closed

Hi mate, it's a tough one, you can obviously use bandages/tape to try and cover it, and wearing tights over the top can help a bit too. But make sure you are using antiseptic cream after training to try and help it to heal quicker!
