‼️One thing you should add to your hospital bag is a folder or accordion style folder. They give you so much paperwork so it’s nice to have a place to put all of it so it doesn’t get bent or lost!

My hospital gave me one. Literally all I needed to pack was my tooth brush, shower shoes, my Preferred lotion brand, nursing bra and Bobby pillow! Everything else’s they literally give you.

Yes! The abdominal binder I got from the hospital was sooo good. That loose feeling of my organs sliding around after baby was born was so unsettling

Bring a heating pad! I didn't think I would need it but it was super helpful postpartum! I was practically naked the whole time LOL I shocked a few folks but honestly I could have cared less! Less to take off lol

ALSO, I HATED the hospitals pump so if you can take your own. Cause it was NOT IT at the hospital! Mine was 10x better!
