I am a freelancer and an employee in a product based company. Spent over 7 years in the industry. Earned a lot, achieved a lot. I would say, it's not worth it to sacrifice our health and sleep for earnings. The schedule you just showed us is hazardous in the long term. I know we can't live in an ideal world but at the end of the day, health matters. Yes money does matter but not on the cost of health.

Some people are just night owls. Not everyone has to get up at the same time time, go to work at the same time, and got to bed at the same time. What's unhealthy for one person may be completely natural for another.

I think it's more about keeping a constant schedule rather than the traditional SLEEP AT 12 WAKE AT 7 thing. Harkirat seems to be comfortable with his schedule because it does indeed work for him. Things really depend person to person, there's no ideal schedule that works for all.
