In a rural family, each family member helps each other to have a healthy life. Today, after waking up and starting a beautiful and energetic day next to nature and a green garden, my mother and Nazanin collect raspberries and prepare raspberry jam. They went to the riverside and prepared juicy and delicious raspberries so that we can have a healthy and organic raspberry jam for breakfast and winter storage.

We don't have an oven, we use stone as an oven. We villagers and nomads use more healthy and natural ingredients for cooking in our lives. We grow healthy and natural vegetables in the farm. After washing the chicken and fresh vegetables, I seasoned it and I put it on the stone in the pot and after almost an hour and a half our delicious lunch was ready and we decorated it with fresh vegetables.
