The place that I'm applying is hiring thankfully for exterior sprayers. The only problem is we have winter around here for seven months eight months a year I think.

It's great, so if people are needing work look into pest control line of work you may hate it or you might love it!

Apply to a smaller company, get certified, and then move up, just dont come in during peak season. For me I work 6 days a week 12 hours a day. Matthew i do residential for a smaller company called evergreen solutions, but now im getting ready to switch over to Orkin, I won’t be doing general services anymore and will be doing termite control. I’ve never done much commercial, but I’ve always done residential. And in my experience the company evergreen was a bit scummy on how they tended to automatically update the contract without consent and then we would show up to the house and they would want nothing done. But we still had to do it because of the management. Getting into residential with a smaller company like that was a risk and a big reason im moving over to Orkin
