I'm 66yrs young! I watch her like tv! She inspires me I may not be a full fledged vegan YET, BUT I'M EATING BETTER!, FEELING BETTER! My meat inake is less i think about a good ole lettuce tomato and carrot sand which sand which with some avocado cause that's my business! Instead if meat. Thinking more positive. I've always said that, too -- "I'm not vegan because I didn't like the way that food tasted." I love food and eating vegan has opened me up to even more flavors and ideas than I think I would have known just eating meat. Been vegan 15 years now. Thank you for bringing us your joy, Tabitha!

Wow that’s awesome! I’ve tried the vegan diet a couple times and failed both times. I think it’s because I struggled so much with what to eat and staying full. I have now started the journey again. Yay!!! I’m one week in. My goal is to for this to be my lifestyle. I just taking it one day at a time and trying to learn what to eat in a healthy non processed way!
