There are alot of salt free or low salt herbs and spices out there. My taco seasoning blend is amazing and doesn't have salt. (You said you like spice, and heat, so you would probably like this specifically)

I'm making these today. I swapped mushrooms for squash. I boiled the sweet potatoes for 7 minutes. I could have taken them out at 5 or 6. Everything is in the air fryer now. We will see how it tastes.

These were BANGING. I wish I could post a pic. I used the seasonings I had on hand which were Old El Paso taco seasoning and garlic pepper with pink Himalayan salt. I made enough to have some for dinner. This recipe is a keeper!!
