Is it me or watching and hearing the sound of the wok relaxing? I really want to cook with a proper gas powered cooker to get that wok hei as they say.
I didn't grow up in the restaurant business, but I worked for my dad in his consultant business for nearly 8 years! I learned from him in both content, and emotion! It would be hard to explain how much those years meant to me! I learned how to compote myself dealing with Arabs, how to speak at least the rudimentary greetings, and the hard rocks bargaining when it comes down to money! He taught me very well, and Ive used that knowledge my whole life . . .

What a great inheritance, and they can keep their parents' legacy alive!!! I love it but the only issue I have is that they touch many different foods and should wear gloves because they will cross contaminate.

I think everyone should cover their hair with hair nets, they should have health codes

While underground lines are protected from wind, wildfires, tree branches, and debris - they are more vulnerable to earthquakes and flooding. This is particularly relevant to Japan, which experiences Earthquakes and Typhoon rains. Therefore, overhead power lines have persisted in Japan since they are quicker to repair after nature disasters.
