When I view these outstanding restaurants and cafes, I wish I had the power to Reno their walls and update their burners. Those walls (& floors) take a serious beating with cooking so many delicious and wonderful meals every single day. Their profits are often marginal because of the expenses of running a food business, so saving money just for updating the walls and general structural maintenance is extremely difficult. Time is also an issue. 🙏🏽I highly honor and respect these men, women, and families who sacrifice so much while joyfully cooking for their public. I sincerely appreciate each of them.

ここのカツ丼セット、旨いんだわ。うどんがウドンウドンしてて味もしっかり。カツにもダシがシッカリと染みてるし、タマゴもしっとりフワフワ。難点は駐車場だけ。近くにも満員御礼うどん屋あるけど、個人的には、なかのや>>>近くのうどん屋。
