I really want to be a zookeeper, and I know the pay typically isn't great. But as long as I'm happy I don't care, besides, whatever anyone makes at a zoo should be enough to pay rent for an apartment and get groceries.

As a zookeeper you won't get rich, ill give them that. But following your passion and being happy in life is way more important than that. Are there any schools near you that offer the right education? You could explain how much you want this and that you don't care about the money, maybe show them some info like flyers? Hope you'll convince them!

That would be difficult because working with animals can take quite a toll on you.

@@iamCooperfr That may be difficult. Zoos and Aquariums greet 1000s of visitors a year, so the animals need much tending to, so it may be a challenge, the more animals you have the less likely.

Restaurant quality food for the animals? So you mean sub par pre frozen over farmed crap? Former cook of many chains. I'd bet zoo animals eat better than city humans.

Kinda ironic that hotel and VIP cost a lot of money, considering creating your own animal would be built off a machine that would cost billions of dollars; maybe even more to construct. For that matter why isn't avocado free then, seeing how every fast food restaurant charges extra if you request it? :/
