Did this for 30 years, City link, dx, aspray, dx again, expert logistics, bunzl, then agency - completely wrecked my bones, now at 56, I have degenerative arthritis, bought on by excessive lifting whilst working, it's a young mans game, saddest thing is watching old men still trying to do it because they can't afford to retire.
