I used to be a Amazon Driver myself and there is no way me or anyone else filled in a 'Missed you card' or even bothered with a Weather bag. We used to just leave the parcel at the doorstep without even knocking on the door, mark it delivered and drive off and if a signature was required, we'd sign it ourselves. This even happens to this very day, when I'm expecting a amazon delivery for the day, I get notifications on my ring doorbell that someone has been snooping on my driveway for a second and then their gone 😁 Good on you mate if your following the proper procedure or unless your just doing it for the video in case your manager is watching 😆

For a DSP driver job no interview needed you going drugs and alcohol and a DBS check no more than 6 point on your license the jobs your. The DSP I was in 5in 5out every week

Hi I have a few questions, how many hours and days do you do, in my town depot its 5-6 days a week and 10 hour shifts which seems like over the top. Also where do you go to go to the toilet, and where do you go to eat? I have a tom more questions if you don’t mind.

The issue you’re having with your phone satnav it’s not really your “phone”, it’s the cable you’ve got connected to the van so you’re able to use CarPlay which bugs out sometimes. In future just unplug the cable and everything should go back to normal 👍🏿 Words from a Fantastic Plus DA 😉

This is good seeing it from a DSP manager point of view. CC metric has changed recently, using the notify of arrival feature will help you out a lot, as it notifies the customer you're on the way to them, and it also counts as a contact to the customer, so keeps your CC as 100% :)

Yep, we have been given a target of 20-30 NOA per day per DA. Same for your DSP?

@@MrRohanUK The DSP I manage every driver will use it at every stop, so on the way back to their van they just click notify of arrival and then start travel, doesn't cost them any time then, plus increases the contacts to the customer :)

To fix the map issue where it’s not showing where you are unplug the cable from your phone connected to your van mate 🤙

Can keep connected but need to hard reset transit infotainment. Hold down volume button and skip forward until it resets and it’s sorted

She probably was in the process of wiping some old boys arse , so she’s entitled to be a bit rude. Imagine doing her job were she’s looking after 20 old people who all order rubbish of the internet & she has to go & answer the door about 20 times a day.. You will be old 1 day so have a bit of respect for health workers in that industry.

Flats are the ones that get me (deliver round Sheffield area) and it's always an absolute faff...regardless of whether it's posh flats or council flats

I worked for amazon and i found it such hard work. I started working for Hermes. I know get oaid pwr delivery and if i get 2 good routes with sat 200 parcels i make more then i did a day at amazon

To improve metrics I always mark as customer recieved ur metrics will be above average always also I never used to scan each parcel when u load the van you can scan each a couple bags and over flows and all your parcels will be scanned saves a lot of time and every delivery I ring the door leave it and walk back to the van they usually open the door by the take you get back
