I what can I say one of my inspirations all three William his coach and training partner no one does it alone i watch these videos over and over all of them I always find something new I am a student of bodybuilding all of the BCAAs protein supplements they mean absolutely nothing if you don't put in the hard work you guys are a great combination I am inspired and have been I have no doubt you will defend your title if they want it tell them to come take it cuz that's the only way they're going to get it

@@dominic667 personal preference, honestly. I like his proportions over the over-inflated arms to torso look and so on. Don't get me wrong, the other guys look amazing. Phil is probably just as good when his gut is in check. Speaking of, Bonac should really do waist training similar to what Roelly did.

But, what can he improve/add to beat the 4 people above him ... assuming Rami doesn't make a comeback, meaning bonac's staring at a possible 6th !!!
