Excellent video, Heather. Definitely liked how you kept it real and genuine at the scenes in your dealership, especially a Lamborghini dealership, and how you handled the unpredictable challenges there (delivery issues, lint on your jacket, that Lamborghini being sold to another buyer at the last second) while maintaining a positive attitude. Most KZbinrs and videographers will stop the tape and deleted once their day doesn't go well so that the don't want their viewers to see how things went wrong, cause they want to be seen in, for lack of better terms, a perfect lifestyle. But you made this clip very impressive by showing that, as you said in the video, shit happens. Also, without trying to make this too detailed, major props and respect for taking the time to respond back to all of your subscribers' comments. Best in everything to you.

I'd be the worst employee at that dealership. You'd come into the shop and say: "Robert, the customer is here ready to pick up his new Lamborghini." I'd respond with a petulant "No! I love it, it's mine, they can't have it!" At best I'd be fussing over the cars for too long and customers'd complain they had to wait too long. I know, because that happened when I was younger working at a Mercedes-Benz dealership and took an hour to wash a customer's car. Got fired for it, but oh well. Thanks for posting these videos, Miss Ballentine. I can't work for exotic car dealerships but it is awesome to get a look beyond the showroom!

I really like these Day in the Life videos and showing all the behind the scenes of what's going on when it comes to selling and delivering a Lamborghini. I can empathize with you when you have days that are so busy and unfortunately miss out on having lunch. I used to work for Honda in new car sales and have experienced this many times, or quite often having lunch at around 5pm when it's almost time to go home. I suppose that's life in the car business :-)

Heather, you keep missing your lunch ! Tip: I always take a small cooler with an ice pack and fruit, vegs, soda, and sandwich, wherever I go. It's a super handy resource when you are hungry and busy. And, the ice pack keeps snacks cool for a day, so even if you don't need the food, you can repack it for the next day, or on days when you do have time for a restaurant lunch. This handy resource has always stopped my hunger, helped my diet, and saved me lots of money. Most people have no idea how much money they spend yearly on convenience drive-through or take out food, and nothing is more convenient than your little cooler box of snacks in the office, car, or any place you go where you may get the munchies !

For sure, the finance managers do very well. You just won't have the volume you might be used to but the reserve is much higher and you'll rarely have a problem getting approval. The main issue is a lot of our clients don't show all they make on paper lol! But it would be interesting to say the least! I have other investments and entrepreneurial business but with the car sales I bring in about 400k per year. Every year differs slightly with the sales though so one year could be up and the next down, you just have to hustle. Also, the longer you do it, you continue to increase the amount of clients which helps. Regardless, thanks for watching!

Only aftermarket but they don't work well and it ruins the resale value of the car. Scissor doors are reserved for the V12 line so I'd suggest going that route and keeping it OEM.

The thing I love about Lamborghini is that they all drive differently. And I truly love them all for different reasons but I'm looking forward to driving the Performante in Italy soon, that may be my new fave! As for your second question, I do sales and i also do investments and projects as en entrepreneur which we haven't really shown on the channel yet. For working at a dealership I'd suggest watching my story video, it all comes down to being great with people, knowing your product, and being a closer. For entrepreneurial business it's always up and down, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, it's a gamble! Regardless, thanks for watching!
