Actually, I really only have about 3 real friends which I’m very grateful for. I could care less about my appearance and caring about yourself isn’t a bad thing. I do care for myself and my mental health which is why I don’t have many friends. If you can count all your real friends on one hand then you’re lucky. I don’t recall saying “omg I don’t have that many friends blah blah blah” I just said I have more acquaintances rather than friends. :)
