(obviously based where you live... like in central europe it's pretty fancy but in a fisher based country it's just base) btw! even with cheaper ingredments can be very good foods! like chicken and pork... also rice pastas noodles and vegetables like!!! broccoli.,.. no shit! that is horrible! onion mushrom carrot paprikas garlic salads and pickles! also beans and corns!!! all of them delicious and pretty cheap and the most common food materials!!! not the shitty broccoli!!!!!! no one like them... :S

lil late but wutever. a good ab workout is 1. anti extension planks (basically lowering your body a lil more to the ground so you are directly looking between your elbows or below instead of your forearms like in a regular plank) 2x for 40s 2. hollow body hold 2x for 40s 3. side planks (for obliques) 2x for 40s each side 4. L sit accumulative for 1 min. For this you can basically do 1 sec. Rest 1 sec. Rest and so on till you get the full minute. Ig end goal is a full minute hold? IDK but it works. Side note: if you want to work lower back just do reverse hyper extensions pretty easy to setup and do. Hope this helps

Its so surprising to see how different school lunch is for students in S.Korea and USA. South Koreans have their lunch for free, served in a pretty metal tray with five indentations for food. There is 1 main each for soup and rice, and the three little ones are for side dishes such as kimchi, seaweed salad, marinated chicken. It is free for students and a meagre €2 for teachers. Your country’s school lunches look and probably taste awful. I’d honestly get my own food.
