The story behind the visuals of.....wonderful scenery, superbly detailed locomotives and rolling stock, structures, lighting and effects, really ties it all together, sometimes an over looked part of the hobby, breathing life into it by using your imagination through storytelling. Nice one Dave, top notch professional looking production for free, appreciated. All the best, Brian @ The Angels

Great layout. It's such a Terrific concept for the RR that leaves you open for the real world and fantasy. But I was wondering why you added the Bird Cage Theater. It's not part of the Calico or Thunder Mesa settings? But glad to see the face of Tombstone.
@ThunderMesaStudio3 жыл бұрын
Thank you. There is a version of the Bird Cage Theatre in Knott's Calico Ghost Town. My town of Calico is inspired by both the real town of Calico and Knott's.

Have you ever considered contacting Disney to see if they'd like to have you build a copy of this model as a coaster tie-in at the park?

I had a great time with you on your adventures in the West. So much to see and great details. Dave your channel is great fun just found it and enjoying every minute of it. Love the story's for each train and all the sounds and the old faithful. GOD BLESS 🚂💖🚂💖🚂💖

You really hit it out of the park, certainly. Only every time I hear you refer to Unfaithful I picture your wife out back leaned over an old wooden wash tub and softly weeping, hahahhaha, wiping the sweat off her lovely brow with a tired fore arm. You're not really a rat I think. Definitely an artist. As a parting shot, what about bottles and jugs on the layout? Wisky that won the West. I do them on my HOn3 Denver and Tonopah and Central Pacific etc lines....HO, HOn3, Hon30, Hon18.....Live 100 years, Thailand Paul
