This is so cool! I applied to be a communicator a couple of years ago, but Randstad recruitment did not allow me to proceed after the interview day due to credit score. Now that that's all sorted, I'll be applying next year, after my current work contract ends :)

I can smell trouble a mile away, more with favourable winds, I have a very good nose and I try and keep it clean. Does NZ Police Dispatch in the video answer all 111 calls initially for Police, Fire & Medical? Here in AMERICA & CANADA, police departments answer all 911 calls then forward to fire/medical or dispatch for them. But it’s always the police that initially answer every 911 call. Is that the same for police answering all 111 calls first?
@EricLatios2 жыл бұрын
No they don't, the initial call is answered by a separate service.
@BadeRadio777 Жыл бұрын
All 111 calls in New Zealand are first answered by Spark NZ they pass them onto the required service.

So its police dispatch and where 911 calls go?
@nightowlnzab3 жыл бұрын
111 is the NZ emergency number, it's answered by an operator who will ask "Fire, Ambulance, or Police?" - then they connect you to whichever service you ask for.

Join the NZ police so you to can stand around & watch gang members take over the roads,stopping traffic,hanging out of car windows because one of their dropkick mates died,or you can stand back & watch a pack of transvestites attack elderly people,you will even see 20yr olds beat up 71yr old women,or you can sit in McDonalds having a feed while telling tradies to let the criminals go because your busy eating cheese burgers,or you can even kick doors down to a licensed firearm owners house & take his firearm from him only to be told to give it back,you can even pick on people based on race like the govt tells you to so the stats can be evened out 👍🏻
