I’m in Lincolnshire and the weather has been lovely for over a week. I recently was up in Chester le street and loved the area but was conscious of the temperature feeling a little cooler than Lincolnshire and as previously living in Essex I couldn’t stand than where I am now . The draw back of further north you go .

Hi Jess, what I do when I have less kgs on baggage is to order my toiletries for boots collection using the ‘after security’ option and then you can carry them on like duty free. I then leave them as this is still often cheaper than buying minis.

I’ve suffered with eczema all my life, thankfully I seem to have it under control now. The hot sticky heat in the UK always irritates it exactly where you get it, my neck and the back of my knees. Eumovate from boots should sort it. You need to get it from the pharmacy counter but you don’t need a prescription for it. I also have eczema on my face but I use Lacura intensive hand cream from Aldi (unscented) for that.

Definitely could be stress induced, I’d recommend hypnotherapy to help with stress as it can work on an unconscious level to tackle any underlying anxiety. Lovely style vlog 😁

Omg Jess I am exactly the same with the eczema in the same place on my arms. I get it on my neck too. It’s so frustrating isn’t it! Mine seems to be weather dependent too. I found aveeno cream really good but to be honest nothing has ever made it disappear until all of a sudden it just goes when the weather calms down😂 sending you lots of love xxx

Eczema is the worst honestly. Ma arms are scarred from tearing at ma sell. Washing it wi a dead sea salt scrub works like magic and usin a toti bit of sudocrem helped loads tae. I hate when it gets aw sweaty and stays wet almost. My skin was sooo tight💚 wi it, i had it all over my arms, back of my knees and at the back of my arms near my underarms. Stress is a huge factor for it, also cutting back on sugar should help too. Hope it clears up for yi hen!

As you only get your eczema this time of year it very well could be a sun lotion you are using, try a natural one like 'Green peoples'

I have started using Epaderm. Had it from my GP. Within a 2 weeks mine was gone (obviously won’t be the case for everyone) but it really helped.

E45 is awful for eczema!!! You need a caps worth of bleach in a bath, followed by a good sensitive moisturiser, trust me. I suffer so badly xxxx

Hi jess can I suggest a good cream for your eczema as I have it too,childs farm baby moisturiser is amazing it's clinically proven to help, you can get it from all the bug high street shops, E45 always made mine worse ❤
