I always do cartwheels and rolling nonsense at the gym, just like how it warms me up and gets me psyched for the wall, didn't realise this was an actual technique. Can recommend, also people do usually start doing it when I walk away.

That's cool to see what looks like a new Climbing gym (named after the one in Liverpool) but in Sheffield :) Shauna & Leah are such nice people and i see some other awesome Britt Pro climbers there. Something about sports brings good people together.. In 2017 i was lucky enough to attend an IFSC Lead event in Scotland to support the Canadian & British Climbers. and meet the lovely Shauna, Leah and other world cup climbers.
